In-state calls are dialed to locations within the state from which you are calling. In some cases, in-state rates may be higher because long-distance companies must pay the local phone companies for use of their telephone lines.

What is the difference between a Sprint Prepaid PhoneCardsm and a Sprint FONCARDsm?
A prepaid calling card is a card you purchase with a predetermined amount of long-distance minutes on it. A Sprint FONCARD is a calling card with an account; you use the card as needed and are billed monthly.

How do I report a lost or stolen Sprint FONCARD?
Call customer service at 1-800-877-4646. Press option 4, followed by option 1 for assistance.

How can I protect my Sprint FONCARD against fraud?
There are some simple steps you can take to protect yourself. First, when providing your calling card number over the phone, be aware of those around you. Someone could easily write your number down as you are saying it. And secondly, make sure that you don't leave your card visible to others when placing a call, especially in a public place.

What is the rate for a Sprint FONCARD?
Domestic calling-card rates vary depending upon your calling plan. Most plans have a per-minute rate with a fixed surcharge per call. Additionally, calls made from pay phones are assessed an FCC-mandated surcharge.

Yes. Your Sprint International FONCARD works just like a regular Sprint FONCARD. Follow the same easy steps to make state-to-state or in-state calls. What is the rate for a Sprint Prepaid PhoneCard?
The rate for a prepaid card varies based upon the number of minutes purchased. The larger denomination cards (i.e., 250 minutes) offer lower per-minute rates than smaller denominations.

No. Sprint does not charge any monthly fees.

Can I use my Sprint Prepaid PhoneCard to call internationally?
Yes. First, enter the access number for the country from which you are calling. (Access numbers are listed on the back of your Sprint Prepaid PhoneCard.) After the recorded greeting, follow the voice prompts for further instructions. In some countries, you will be connected to a Sprint operator who will ask you what billing option is requested. The billing option is prepaid calling. After this point, enter your card number and make your call.
