Can I receive and view my Sprint bill online?
Yes. The ability to view and pay your Sprint bill online is one of the benefits of being a My Sprint Account Manager user. Simply log in to your account and select "View a Bill."
You can also use the "View a Bill" tab to sort your calls, look up phone numbers, and you can review your call detail including date and time of the call, phone number, location called and the duration of the call.

Has Sprint received my last payment?
My Sprint Account Manager enables you to check online to see if your last payment has been received. Your account will also show the date it was posted (please allow up to ten days for posting). If you are not yet a member, simply register now (will open in new window).You can also check your latest payment information by using our automated phone system at 1-800-877-4646.

Long distance customers can log into My Sprint Account Manager (will open in new window) to get mailing addresses, view their bills and even pay them online. Not yet a member? Register now (will open in new window) to start enjoying membership benefits today. You can also call our automated phone system at 1-800-877-4646. If you pay your long distance bill with your local phone bill, you will need to contact your local phone company for its billing address.

I recently moved. Why do I have a new account number?
Most likely, your new local phone company set up a new account for you when you moved and sent that information to Sprint as a new customer. Please email our customer service or call us at 1-800-877-4646 and we will be glad to update your account.

Basically, your new local phone company set up a new account with Sprint when you moved that did not include the information from your previous account.
