- Use Customercenter.sprint.com to view points or access mileage information but do not use My Sprint Account Manager(MySAM) - Register for a MySAM user name and password.
- Use My Sprint Account Manager(MySAM) but do not remember my user ID and password - Use the tools on this page to request your user name or password.
- Use My Sprint Account Manager(MySAM) but have not logged in since May - Re-register for a new MySAM user name and password.
To obtain your User Name, you will need to provide your billing telephone number with area code (or your FONCARD number with PIN) and your MySAM e-mail address. Click Get User Name button and you will receive an e-mail with your User Name.
To reset your password, you will need to provide your billing telephone number with area code or your FONCARD number with PIN and your User Name. You will be required to enter and confirm your new password. Then you will be allowed to log-in with your new password. |
